Media and Communications
A major part of Catholic Relief Services' campaign to achieve security in Sierra Leone involved an advocacy campaign in the U.S. media, which focused on limiting the negative perceptions and media coverage of Sierra Leone's war as well as encouraging actions to limit the impact of the conflict. In Indonesia and Nigeria, CRS supported radio and television shows that focused on peacebuilding, conflict resolution, human rights and reconciliation.
