Catholic Relief Services grants you limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive rights to scan, copy or transfer the supplied image(s) individually, to one computer at a time, subject to the following terms and conditions:

You may use the images for non-profit promotion or depiction of Catholic Relief Services' work and/or the work of partner organizations with the following adjacent credit(s): [Photographer's name], Catholic Relief Services. If adjacent credit is not appropriate or feasible, a single credit line: Photographs courtesy of Catholic Relief Services, may be listed in another single location (Images used in advertisements and some other applications may appear without credit).

Image(s) may not be altered (other than as necessary for technical production requirements) and their use must preserve the dignity and integrity of the subject.

Image(s) may be incorporated as a minor part of a larger work such as a brochure, newsletter or presentation, but may not be used for commercial purposes.

Image(s) may not be incorporated in a product for the purpose of redistributing the image(s), and the images themselves may not be sold or rented, or downloaded or transferred electronically such as on an electronic network or bulletin board. You may not copy these image files (or prints) in their entirety.

NEITHER CATHOLIC RELIEF SERVICES, NOR THE IMAGE CREATORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY GENERAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE LICENSE OR YOUR USE OF THE IMAGES.

All rights in and title to this disc and the image(s) on the disc (or prints) are owned by Catholic Relief Services and the image creators and are protected by copyright laws. No title to or intellectual property rights in the image(s) are transferred to you. The disc (or prints) may not be transferred without the prior written consent of Catholic Relief Services.
