CRS in Armenia

Naira - Part of the CRS Global Family

Naira has worked for CRS for more than three years, starting as an Administrative Assistant and working her way up to her current position of Senior Project Officer in the Partnership Support Unit where she oversees the development and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation systems. However, CRS has been more than a career opportunity for Naira. Beyond the opportunity to help her country develop, working for CRS has also allowed Naira to develop new friendships and exposed her to different countries and cultures. Naira considers the most rewarding aspect of her job being part of the global CRS family.

Currently, Naira is designing a system to compile and analyze information about CRS and our partners' achievements in relation to agency wide goals. A normal day for Naira includes coordinating with her team members and meeting with counterparts to provide technical advice. The most difficult aspect of her job has been denying funding to those in need. However, Naira believes that we are all part of a larger whole and that we must communicate, coordinate and collaborate to help as many people as we can.

Naira is proud that CRS has played such a significant role in the tremendous changes that have occurred in Armenia over the last few years, and that the agency is highly appreciated by those who have participated in our programs.
