The Recruitment Unit of the Human Resources department in Baltimore handles all CRS employment applications for US based and International positions. Minimum Requirements for International Job Openings
Each position has its own job requirements, but the basic requirements for an entry-level international position are:
- Completed Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred, in International Affairs/International Development, Latin American/African/Asian Studies, Public Health, International Agriculture, International Management or related field
- Fluency in English and either French, Spanish or Portuguese. (Language will be tested during screening.)
- Minimum of 2 years overseas work experience in a developing country.
A Word of Caution
Catholic Relief Services never asks for passport information or other personal data over the internet. CRS does not charge application fees or processing fees to potential applicants.
